I often caught myself overestimating the difficulty of certain tasks. “Oh, I know how to do this part but what about the other part? I don’t know how that part is built.” This internal fear would sometimes stop me from taking actions.
Our brains are so bad at estimating time it takes to complete an unknown task, we have a tendency to take the worst case scenario as the default answer. More often than not, the worst case scenario does not happen.
Take actions! It’s not as hard as you think it is.
