This quote resonated with me today. Whenever we try something new, there is a good chance of failure. So it is easier and safer to stay pessimistic because we will probably be right. However, the optimist overcomes the fear of failure and sometimes their attempt will pay off.

Go cook a dish that seems daunting. Start a blog if you have something to say. Plant the flower bed you have been dreaming about. Sure, that dish might suck. Your blog might have no readers. The flowers might not bloom. But what if, what if that dish is delicious. Your blog becomes popular. The flowers are beautiful.
