The author also offers her perspective on kitchen remodeling as a cultural phenomenon, along with ways of thinking about particular aspects of kitchen design.
“The Essential Woodworker” by Robert Wearing: This book covers the absolute basic skills needed to start woodworking along with tried and true joints and constructions for the four basic cabinet-making forms. These are the stool or table constructions, the carcass or box constructions, the door and the drawer. The 500+ illustrations are of great help.
