Address Issues Along the Way

In Shop Talk Live(STL) eposide 241, Vic Tesolin talked about addressing the issues he sees in the shop while working. It doesn’t interrupt the workflow as much and it makes him feel good after that issue is resolved.

I can relate to that. I found that I am always going to be bothered by the issues that has not been addressed. Then those issues become a huge debt that I am carrying. But at the same time, I would make sure the main focus is still the project I am doing.
